Our club is equipped with all the necessary weightlifting equipment, and we have experienced trainers on hand to get you started and teach you the correct lifting technique to achieve your goals.

For those who are interested in taking their weightlifting to the next level, we organise and participate in local and regional competitions. We welcome all levels of competition, from novice to seasoned pro.

Safety is our top priority. We have strict safety protocols in place, and our trainers are trained to ensure that all members are lifting safely and using proper form.
